Dr. Kiruthika Balakrishnan is an interventional spine, pain and regenerative physician with over a decade of experience in managing chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders. Trained across India and abroad, she specialises in minimally invasive and regenerative treatments that help patients avoid open surgery and joint replacement. She has passed the prestigious RMSK examination for musculoskeletal diagnosis and treatment.
Her expertise ranges from spine and joint pain to sports injuries, arthritis and diabetic complications. - Image guidance for every injection. Ultrasound shows the joint, tendon or nerve on screen while the needle is placed; X-ray guidance is used for the spine. No blind injections.

- Day-care, not admission. Procedures take twenty to forty-five minutes under local anaesthesia. Patients go home the same day.
